POLICY OF DELIVERY AND SHIPPING.

1. DEADLINES AND FORMS OF DELIVERY

   

All our categories with the exception of CLOTHING , are delivered in 24/48hr . In items very heavy or require a treatment of special transportation ( BIKES, SKATEBOARDS VERY HEAVY..) may be delayed 72hr.


  Our area of delivery is limited to MAINLAND (24/48HR) BALEARIC islands ( 48/72HR) CEUTA,MELILLA AND the CANARY islands ( SEE). PORTUGAL ( DELIVERY IN 48/72HR)

Orders placed BEFORE 11 HR WILL come out THE SAME DAY.

IMPORTANT : Our category SPORTS SHOES OF BIG BRANDS AND CLOTHING ( ADIDAS, NIKE, SAUCONY, REEBOOK, ETC..) is a section that we deliver within 5-6 working days. NO SHIPPING COSTS ALSO.

The PRODUCTS will be sent to the(s) address(es) of delivery that the CLIENT indicated in the order procedure.

REVIEW OF PRODUCT AND SHIPPING COSTS

THE TERM OF REVIEW OF THE PRODUCT BY A BREAK IS 24 HR FROM THE RECEPTION.After THAT PERIOD NO CLAIMS will BE ACCEPTED FOR TRANSPORTATION, or broken parts.
IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND THAT HEAVY ITEMS SUCH AS ( SCOOTERS, HEAVY BIKES, ETC...) THE DELIVERY TIME MAY BE EXTENDED FOR ONE MORE DAY.

In the course of the order process, YOU will INDICATE to the CLIENT the terms and formulas of sent possible for the PRODUCTS purchased.

Shipping costs are FREE ( ON ORDERS over $ 50) with the exception of the Canary islands which will be calculated in function of the mode of delivery.


Modes of DELIVERY

The package will be delivered to the CLIENT upon signature and submission of your document of identity.

In case of absence, it shall give notice to the CLIENT, so that you can talk with the courier and arrange another time and day of delivery
Once received the item the customer HAS 24HR TO REVIEW THE SAME AND REPORT IF it HAS ARRIVED WITH A PIECE BROKEN OR MISSING . In this case , if it is within that period of 24 hr , we will review the problem and make replacement if necessary. No claims for missing parts or broken items after this time of review.


PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY

The CUSTOMER will be informed of the delivery date fixed at the time of the election of the carrier, at the end of the order process online, before confirming the order.


The SELLER shall be responsible for the delivery of the PRODUCT to the CUSTOMER. It is recalled that the CUSTOMER has a period of 24hr to notify the carrier of the failure or loss of partial identified by the delivery. ( IT IS RECOMMENDED BEFORE SIGNING THE COLLECTION THAT SAY PENDING REVIEW)
* THE COMPANY GUARANTEES THE DELIVERY OF THE GOODS WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD INDICATED AND URGENTLY BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS THAT MAY OCCUR ACCOUNT FOR THE HIGH CHARGE OF SHIPPING AT CHRISTMAS. REMEMBER THAT WE SEND ALL SERVICE AND URGENT.
RETURNS
We accept product returns within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging AND WITHOUT HAVING BEEN MOUNTED ( IN the CASE OF CARS).
 
POSSIBILITIES AND RETURN COSTS:
- IF THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO RETURN THE ITEM BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT IT OR DON'T LIKE WILL BE ASSESSED THE COSTS OF SHIPPING BACK/FORTH .
- THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS THAT MAY SUFFER THE DELIVERY BY THE COURIERS.
- IF GOODS ARRIVE DEFECTIVE YOU ARE OFFERED THE TO CHANGE A PRODUCT BY A NEW ONE WHENEVER YOU CHECK WITHIN THE 24HR POST-DELIVERY, OR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE MISSING PART OR DEFECTIVE. IF AFTER YOU HAVE CHANGED THE ARTICLE THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO RETURN WILL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT IT IS A RETURN VOLUNTEER AND WILL BE DEDUCTED THE SHIPPING COSTS BACK/FORTH .
