What voltage does my child need (6V, 12V, 24V)?
The right choice depends mainly on age and size. 6V models are ideal for ages 1–3: very gentle speeds (2–3 km/h) and compact size. 12V is the most versatile option for ages 3–7. 24V models are designed for ages 6–12 who want more power and the ability to handle slopes or uneven terrain. Every product page clearly states the recommended age range, voltage and top speed.
Do products arrive well protected? Is there shipping insurance?
Yes. Ride-on vehicles are shipped in their original factory boxes, reinforced with interior protection specific to large parts. Shipping is included in the price and products travel fully insured. If you notice any external damage to the box on delivery, note it on the carrier's delivery note before signing and contact us — we handle incidents directly and without unnecessary steps.
How do I know if a vehicle has 2WD or 4WD?
At Patilandia we state the drive type explicitly on every product page, in the technical specifications. A 4WD vehicle has a motor on each wheel (usually listed as "4 motors"), which improves traction on dirt, grass and slopes. 2WD (rear-wheel drive) is sufficient for hard surfaces (pavement, paths, garage). If you're unsure about a specific model, just ask before buying.
Can quads and buggies go up hills without getting stuck?
It depends on the model. For comfortable hill climbing, a minimum of 24V and dual motors is recommended; for steeper slopes or heavier children, 36V–48V models with EVA rubber tyres perform noticeably better. Every quad and buggy listing states the power, tyre type and recommended use (urban, garden, off-road).
Do you sell spare parts and replacements?
We stock spare parts for the models in our catalogue: batteries, chargers, tyres and other wear components. If you need a specific part, write to us with the product reference and we'll confirm availability and lead time. Our goal is to keep the vehicle running well beyond the warranty period.
What warranty do electric ride-on vehicles come with?
All Patilandia products include a 3-year warranty in line with European consumer protection regulations. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the chassis, electrical system and mechanical components. The process is straightforward: contact us, we assess the issue and resolve it without unnecessary steps.

Do you sell officially licensed replicas of real car brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes)?
Yes, our catalogue includes models with official licences from recognised car manufacturers: BMW, Audi, Mercedes and others. Licensed vehicles reproduce the exterior design and details of the original (logos, body shape, colours) and are built to the same safety standards as the rest of our range.
